Somewhere along the path of our 20-year experience in helping companies with their HR needs, we came up with an idea some considered crazy: it shouldn’t be that hard. In fact, with the aid of technology, it ought to be easy.

We developed that idea even further and came up with another “weird” idea: managing employees - and all of the compliance that comes with them - shouldn’t be a negative aspect of your business, it should be a positive. Our History

People advisor started out 10 years ago with a mission to educate our clients on the value proposition of a PEO, and then to find the right PEO solution for them.
